We hope you’ll love your LEMSA piece and won’t need to return it. But if you do, here’s how it works:

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

- The original £3.50 delivery fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

- All items must be returned unworn, unused, and in original condition and packaging.

- Returns are only accepted within the UK, we do not accept international returns.

To request a return, please fill in the Contact Us form on our website. Please include your order number and the reason for return.

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
